During our recent stay at Suites Cancun Center, we encountered a small issue with our room, but the staff were great too resolve it. They were very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, right next to a city center park with available parking. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The location was good, close to the bus station and easy to catch transportation. The price was affordable. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room had good space and enough sockets. The lighting was good.

I had a great stay in this hotel right in the center of everything that's going on! The location on the square was perfect, with local markets, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable with a working AC. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting me with any problems I had and even finding available parking nearby. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus stop just a few streets away on the main avenue, making it easy to explore the city and go to the beach in the hotel zone. a fantastic experience!

The location is centrally located, facing a park with local markets and close to restaurants, Ado bus station, and secure. The room wassuper clean and cozy with a working AC. The staff was very nice. Having a pool on-site was a great addition and it stayed open until 10:30 pm.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Cancun, close to the bus station and right on the square. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I felt safe walking around. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a view of the park. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, helping me with any questions or concerns I had. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. I had a positive experience at the hotel.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and sometimes unreliable.

We had a minor issue with the AC not functioning properly, but the staff quickly sent a repairman to fix it. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim. The location was convenient, with nearby bus stations and good lighting in the hotel.
